  • Change the email and cPanel account password regularly
  • The password should NOT be simple. (use http://strongpasswordgenerator.com to generate passwords)
  • Should not store passwords in email client, browser and FTP client.
  • Log off from the control panel after use.
  • Do not share passwords with anyone.
  • Log off from your computer after use and don't leave your desktop unattended.
  • Ensure that all your 3rd party applications & plugins are updated to their latest stable versions.
  • Do not install any themes which are not released by a genuine vendor.
